• Refund - You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) within 7 business days of receiving the product for a refund on the merchandise. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
• Exchange - You can exchange any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image). Please send the item back and exchange it for a new item, you just pay shipping costs. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
• Damaged product - If the product arrives damaged we must be notified with a photo within 7 business days so that we can notify the shipping carrier and send you out a new item right away. 
• Custom Products: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE for custom engraved products.

The earrings are coated with a professional wood conditioner made to protect and highlight the natural beauty of the wood and prolong its lifespan.

• Wooden earrings are sweat and splash proof. However, they should not be immersed in water. We recommend that you remove the earrings before swimming, bathing or other water based activities.
• When unused, store the earrings in its original box to keep away dirt and avoid accidental wear and tear.
• Do not sleep with your wooden earrings on.

Please care for the earrings as you would any fine jewelry and they’ll last for years to come.
