• Refund - You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) within 7 business days of receiving the product for a refund on the merchandise. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
• Exchange - You can exchange any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image). Please send the item back and exchange it for a new item, you just pay shipping costs. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
• Damaged product - If the product arrives damaged we must be notified with a photo within 7 business days so that we can notify the shipping carrier and send you out a new item right away. 
• Custom Products: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE for custom engraved products.

The earrings are made of black acrylic.

• These earrings can be worn in the rain and have to be dab dried in case they get wet. We recommend that you remove the earrings before swimming, bathing or other water based activities.
• When unused, store the earrings in its original box to keep away dirt and avoid accidental wear and tear.
• Do not sleep with your wooden earrings on.
• Pleasse treat them with care as the are very delicate
