Guarantee and Warranty

We make sure that all our products are made with utmost care using the best of materials but we do not provide any warranty or guarantee for any of our products

Return & Refund Policy

Return - If the product does not meet your expectation upon arrival, you are welcome to send it back within 7 business days of receiving the product for a refund on the merchandise.

Exchange - If you ordered the wrong product, or simply change your mind, you are welcome to send the item back and exchange it for a new item within , you just pay shipping costs.

Mention your Order ID number, we will send you an acknowledgment email after we receive your details.
Send back the item to be exchanged within 10 days after receiving our acknowledgment email.
We apologize but we cannot accept returns for items that are not received by us within the 10 days period.
Once we receive the item we will send you an acknowledgment via email, and subsequently, call you to discuss the items you wish to take in lieu of the returned product/s.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned product/s and the exchanged product/s.
Wood and Paper Arts is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.
Exchange product will delivered with in 20 days

Terms for return or exchange

-The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
-Must be returned in its original packaging.
-Must not be a sale item. All products on sale are non-refundable.
-Must not be a custom engraved product. No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.

Damaged product - If the product arrives damaged we must be notified with a photo within 7 business days so that we can notify the shipping carrier and send you out a new item right away.

Refund Policy - In case of any refunds approved by company, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method

Non - customized orders are shipped within 2-3 days, after processing.

Custom engraved products are shipped out after confirmation from the customer.

Speed Post

We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery to Asia, North America and Western Europe takes 2-3 weeks*. Other countries will take 4 weeks*. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. The customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.
