• Refund - If the product does not meet your expectation upon arrival, you are welcome to send it back within 7 business days of receiving the product for a refund on the merchandise.

• Exchange - If you ordered the wrong product, or simply change your mind, you are welcome to send the item back and exchange it for a new item, you just pay shipping costs.

• Damaged product - If the product arrives damaged we must be notified with a photo within 7 business days so that we can notify the shipping carrier and send you out a new item right away.

• Refund - You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) within 7 business days of receiving the product for a refund on the merchandise. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.

• Exchange - You can exchange any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image). Please send the item back and exchange it for a new item, you just pay shipping costs. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.

• Custom Products: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE for custom engraved products.

Orders for non-customized products are shipped out within 2 working days. Customized Orders will be shipped out in 3 to 5 working days.
